| UPCOMING EVENTS My sincere thanks to T.R.E.W. (more information in links) for the opportunity to be a demonstrator at their open day held on March 23rd at Inglewood Vic. Money was raised to support the rescue and rehabilitation of neglected horses. A holistic theme developed through the day and a highlight was the demonstration by Carlos Tabernaberri, who has an excellent book available for those interested in the wisdom of a gifted horseman. A very educational day was had by all. I certainly learned a few things.
Darwin - April 2010 AMRRIC Dog Health Program ********
Seminars for horse-owners, vets and farriers. I can organise a seminar to suit you on a range of topics e.g., the basic principles of farriery, shoeing for performance, equine lameness or laminitis. If you have a group that needs hands on training I can teach from trimming to shoeing for groups of 4 - 8 people. Larger groups can be catered for but small groups get more hands on and individual attention. Whatever your needs I can tailor a seminar to suit you. See the pages below for examples of previous seminars (dates have been removed). INSURANCE - Groups with insurance covered eg. Pony clubs & adult riding clubs are ideal. I am prepared to speak on farriery topics at other seminars and for pony clubs and other riding groups. If you choose to organise a seminar it can be promoted on this web-site free.
