SNAKE AVOIDANCE TRAINING. Is your dog at risk?

Farriervet ran three successful events last season and will run another avoidance training day depending on numbers.

 

Half day, training on 3 types of snakes, visual & scent.

If you have never seen a snake bitten dog, you are lucky. We live in one of the highest risk areas in Australia and treat a significant number of animals.

Repeat bites are common once a dog gets excited/attacks snakes.

If you are interested in attending this dog training event to prevent snake bite, please speak to one of our staff.

Cost of the training is $400 per dog. Maximum 18 participants per session. Your dog mush be over 8 months old. Vet checked at the clinic before hand.

Refresher (if needed/unsure of level of aversion) for previous attendees 50 % price
